Experience Zanzibar after dark on this atmospheric evening tour. Visit the bustling Forodhani Night Market and taste fresh seafood grilled right before your eyes — prawns, lobster, octopus, Zanzibar pizza and sugarcane juice. Then a walk through lit Stone Town alleyways, stopping at a taarab music bar to hear traditional Swahili melodies. Ends with optional rooftop dining overlooking the harbour.

A classic double-attraction day: morning at a fragrant spice farm learning about Zanzibar's famous spices — cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, black pepper and cardamom — with a tropical fruit tasting. Afternoon boat trip to Prison Island (Changuu) to meet the giant Aldabra tortoises, some over 150 years old, and swim in the clear turquoise lagoon.

Sail south to Kizimkazi Bay where pods of dolphins gather each morning. Slip into the warm Indian Ocean and swim alongside these playful creatures. Continue to a pristine coral reef for snorkeling among tropical fish, moray eels and starfish. Enjoy fresh fruit and cold drinks on deck as you sail back.
